You can adjust the coloring (and other parameters) within the flora detail configuration. Please see the section "Tuning your Flora setup during runtime" in the Flora documentation article here:

It describes how you can start runtime, then go over each Flora item one after another while the scene is running to tune the looks. The settings will then stay after you stop runtime as well, this allows you to quickly edit one Flora item after another while the game is running, so you can directly edit the final result.
