Terrain not showing entirely

When I go to the designer the terrain is not showing entirely. It did the first few times then it started doing this even after I restarted Unity

I've noticed this happens when I change the terrain size from the gaia manager, I changed from 128sqm 3x3 to 1024sqm 5x5. Is there a specific process I need to follow when updating the terrain? Maybe delete some files or perhaps reset some settings?

You should be able to refresh preview button. 
If not simply click out of the world designer and go back in the changes should be made.
