Package Import not working, HDRPTimeOfDayAPI does not exist? Unity HDRP 2022.2.17

Hey like the title says, I'm getting errors from just importing the package. No custom editor window is appearing like in the screenshots, and I'm just getting this one error:

Assets\Procedural Worlds\HDRP Time Of Day\HDRPTimeOfDayStandalone.cs(102,17): error CS0103: The name 'HDRPTimeOfDayAPI' does not exist in the current context

I've deleted everything, re downloaded, re imported several times, it's always the same error.

 

Not using any of the other tools, just want the sky.
