i am new to gaia and want to know gaia how to make terrain without texture, i want to paint texture with unity's inbuild terrain tool

If you plan on using a biome just disable the spawner for textures. 
In that biome, you will also want to go to the settings for the biome (it is in its own separate asset file) and disable the spawner to not spawn when creating a terrain. 
Otherwise, you can just create your own custom biome and add spawners from other biomes.
