Unable to access Gaia bought through Procedural Worlds site

Hey guys,

I got a copy of Gaia Pro through the main site in 2020 and I can no longer download it. I get this message:

Hello yes if you purchased through the old PW Shop please get in touch with us and send us a message with the order number and we will set you up through Canopy. 

The Contact Us section of Canopy will allow you to send us a ticket.
