Road Bake error

I'm trying to bake the roads on my terrain and I'm getting the annoying 'BeginLayoutGroup must be called first' error. 

I'm on 2021.3.2f1 with Gena Pro. I've created a couple different projects and it doesn't matter how simple or complex the roads are it always fails.


Has anyone run into this?

This error happens with or without our Procedural Worlds products in Unity. 
We an not control this error, I believe which I need to look again has to deal with the Unity Guid's and Editor Windows. 

As far as the roads failing this is a separate issue. 
Can you please tell me what happens after you click bake? Does Unity crash? Does the progress bar not go away? 
Are you getting any errors?
