Where is Pegasus Download?

I cannot find Pegasus in the Canopy downloads section?   Could you please direct me to this, as I'm trying to put some animated objects into motion and figured it would be a good time to get acquainted with Pegasus.

Thank you!    I was about to ask "why is this not on the downloads page?" and so went to check again, then noticed that the two places I was looking were labeled "Newest" and "Most Downloaded", while the full list of downloads is on the side-bar, and Pegasus is nestled into the "Entry Level Tools" section.    So it was there, just not in plain sight.
