Renderer has more materials than the mesh has sub meshes...

HI, with a stock Gaia build I always get this warning message with the water surface. 

The warning says I can resolve by considering using a multiple shader.

Im quite new to this, can any one give a guide to how to solve this please?

This is not a bug, and nothing that needs to be fixed. The water surface uses two different materials at the same time to create the effect that it is rendered differently from above and below the water.
