When clicking on the downloads, i was looking at the ancient mountains stamp pack, when i noticed "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file". This is ok except there should be a link in that block. It should go to the page that tell you how you can download this asset, etc. This may save you a trouble ticket in the future.
