Hello. 

Very often i have this console inside the console:

InvalidOperationException: Calling OpenScene Raisefrom assembly reloading callbacks are not supported

Which provides to next error:
GUI Error: You are pushing more GUIClips than you are popping. Make sure they are balanced.

And because of that i have to restart Editor every time this errors apperas, because scene view just freezes. I found that this is because of the GAIA Panel at the top of the scene view. 

Have You any ideas how to fix that ?

To remove it off the screen you will want to go to:
assets-procedural worlds-Gaia-Settings-GaiaSettings.asset 
Then scroll down the inspector until you see Scene GUI Config. 
Change the X value to something like 200:
