Sectorizing terrain with terrain material with image maps creates small copies for each tile

@kbaer It mentions in the asset store description that the asset uses a custom terrain shader. Do you still use the custom shader on the split terrains, or is that the default unity terrain shader? 
If it is the custom shader, you would need to check if it has an option for offsetting / scaling the color map so that that image can be aligned correctly for each terrain tile. If that is not possible with the custom shader, you would need to split up the color map in an image editing program to have one color map texture per tile each.
If it is the default unity shader, and you are using the color map as a terrain texture / terrain layer, it should be possible to set the scaling / offset in the terrain layer settings here:
