How to export terrains created with GAIA to be used in standalone projects?

I have been having a lot of issues recently with GAIA and I may replace it with LB but I need to ask how do you export a fully created terrain as a height map or stamp to use in a standalone project without GAIA On it?

in gaia 2021 theres an export tool (scanner tool) you can use to export various maps.
