Build and deploy panel bug?

Hello, I'll show  my steps.

1,  I pressed the + button.

 

 

2,  As the buttons overlap each other, I can't remember which one I pressed.    Probably a button which means remove.

 

3, Then it looks like the screenshot below. There's nothing left, and I can't add either.

We have found the issue and it will be fixed in the next update, that will land soon!
