Spawn Terrain Textures according to mask

Hello everyone,

I have a unity terrain and want to spawn a texture according to a "global mask" spanning the whole terrain (if the mask is black, there should be a grass texture for example). I know something like this is possible with Gaia Spawners, but is it also possible with Gena via the Spawn Criteria with Check Mask?

I tried, but was not successful so far, any help is appreciated.

Thx for the answer. 

My mistake was to use the mask in the Spawn Criteria Tab instead as a Brush in Spawn Prototypes - Settings - Shape.

After using the mask as a brush there, setting the Area of Effect to twice the Terrain Size and activating force Spawn it worked as expected.
