Global Illumination Error

Hey all - I just purchased HDRP Time of Day and it was working OK for a scene, but now I am getting this in the console: 

HDRP Time Of Day components validate failed because m_globalIllumination was null. We recommend you refresh the time of day componenets by going to Debug Settings Panel and pressing Refresh Time Of Day Componenets.

I did the refresh and it is still kicking the error out. Any help would be much apprecaited!

Can you please tell me which Unity version you are using? 
What HDRP TOD version are you using?
