Heavily Interwoven Sectrs

I have a large scene with heavily interwoven sectrs.

I'm only loading in a depth of 2 neighbor sectrs but when I move into a new sectr, it finishes loading the previous out of range sectrs before it loads a sectr adjacent to the player.

This can lead to the player falling under the world.

Any tips on preventing this? Any way I can cancel out of range sectrs from finishing load in?

This is only a problem on lower end computers.

I have never ran into this issue so I am unsure, it could be related to optimization.
If one sector is not optimized well it could take a longer process, I would start there to test.

I would just like to follow up with this for anyone else who runs into this problem. I was able to solve the problem I was having by enabling texture streaming which helped a l lot with loading sectrs in faster.

Some of my sectrs were very heavy with how many textures were being loaded in with them. (This is probably a rookie mistake)
