Mismatch between object and visible terrain meshes?

Hey there. I found another problem I have no solution for yet. I use Gaia Pro 2021, GeNa and SECTR. I sectorized the terrain and exported it.

Now when I am in playmode, there seems to be a y-offset for every Object in relation to the terrain.

This happens for every object I place (GeNa, manually) on the terrain or spawn it in playmode.

How can I solve this? I do not want to set a y-offset for every object.spacer.png

What does the prefab look like if you were to drag it onto the terrain?
Does the prefab itself have the space there?

When I drag the prefab on the terrain. Everything looks normal (see the picture).
But when the player is spawned, I need an NavMesh Base offset of -0.158.

I assume that this relates to the mismatch. I will try to bake the NavMesh again.

I converted the to 2022.3 NavMesh (cannot bake there anymore). But the NavMesh is still above the terrain. Any ideas? Why is the terrain not recognized correctly? Does it relate to GTS or SECTR?

Found the solution. I had to bake the NavMesh with Height Mesh again. So was not a Gaia/PW problem just a lack of Unity know-how :-D

Just in case someone else got this problem. Navitage to windows - AI - navigation. On the bake tab check "Height Mesh"

Glad you found the issue, thank you for the update.
Also, the recommendation on Discord I would highly suggest.
Just in case you dont see the discord message.
I would highly consider using the Nav Mesh Components from Unity.
It can be found on git hub.
