Hi, sorry what type of license gaia pro has, I can use the pirated asset and when I play the game I can buy the asset.  I am not trying to benefit from the asset without paying, I just need to see the game made to pay

The pay-up-front kind.   Don't pirate - it hurts us all.  Build your first game without Gaia.  You can do that with Unity's officially free stuff, it's just more work.  Sell it, make some money, cope with pirates stealing the results of *your* hard work.  Then come back in a year or two and pay for Gaia before you use it.
