Cannot create node with "Ctrl + Left Cilck". Have you had this issue before?

I tried it after selecting the spline's object.
I tried updating Gena once, but the issue was not resolved. What should I do?

Can you please check to see if you have Gizmos enabled?

The gizmos were on, but only some of them. I checked everything and it worked fine. thank you
