Got shader error when open the project on another PC.

Hi @DOS, is the project / the shader working correctly on the PC of your teammate? Is your teammate using the same unity version for development?
The error messages in the second screenshot indicate that there are terrain layer files missing in the project - are those layer files in that location, or are they missing?  If those layer files are missing, the splatmap of the terrain might be corrupted / missing as well which could lead to the errors in rendering.

The error message in the last screenshot is being displayed when GTS cannot load the file 
Assets\Procedural Worlds\GTS\Content Resources\GTS Manager.asset

does this file exist?

Both the layer files and the GTS Manager files use the extension ".asset", it might be that the git repository is set up to ignore those files or there is something set up in the .gitattibutes setting file that corrupts them. We use the following entry in our own repositories:

*.asset filter=lfs diff=lfs merge=lfs -text
