Update: Gaia Pro 2021 v3.3.2

We released an update for Gaia Pro 2021. This update contains support for the newly released Unity version 2022.2 and fixes from support feedback. There will be another update coming soon that brings better support for the new Terrain Detail features in Unity 2022.2.

The update is available for our Canopy Pro subscribers or on the Unity Asset Store.

Gaia Pro 2021 v 3.3.2

This version can be installed directly over the previous Gaia version 3.3.1

Please note: There is a new option in the Unity Terrain settings called "Detail Scatter Mode". If you are spawning regular terrain details with Gaia, please set this setting to "Instance Count Mode" before spawning; otherwise the details will be very sparse on the terrain. We will release an update shortly to adjust this setting by default on newly created terrains.
 

• Reviewed compatibility with Unity 2022.2 and fixed issues in this new Unity version; Gaia is compatible with Unity 2022.2 now.
• Fixed a bug where newly created scenes and impostor terrains were not added to the build settings automatically after creation
• Fixed outdated links in the Gaia Manager
• Improved Wording in some UI texts
