How to switch Lighting Profile at runtime via script?

 

Also, is it possible to blend from one Lighting Profile to another via script at runtime? I can't find out how to access those values.

I would take a look in the Gaia API. 

The GaiaAPI class is the official API, and in there each function is described in the source code.
