Where is the API documentation?

I bought Gaia pro 2021 and I am looking for API documentation and I can't find out. I am looking to change Sky and Wind ( Morning/Evening/Cloudy/Night  and Calm/Strong wind )  programmatically in the script. Any pointers where I can find the API quick start documentation?
