Where to start?

So I just signed up for a subscription, but got zero information on even where to download the tools, never mind anything other than a confirmation of my purchase.  I emailed support a couple days, but thus far have yet to even receive an automated response.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is where you download the tools:

Then pick which file you want to download. 
Then click the download file button:

Thanks Bryan.  Where do I go from there? It wasn't immediately obvious how to get it into Unity.

After you download it you would need to unzip the file. 
Then drag the package into the Unity project. 
Then the process would be the same as any other package. 
Go through what you want on the import screen and then click import.
