Box colliders are not in the correct position when runinng scene optimiser

Hello. We are running into this issue on the latest version of SO (UNITY) . Box colliders are in the wrong location. The CL0_0 position is at 0,0,0. I have to manualy move it up. It happens to all box colliders no mater if objects have been merged or not.
