Spawned grass terrain detail "flipping" when camera moves away / towards it

Hi!

This is a weird one that I hope you might be able to help with! I've spawned a terrain using the out-of-the-box "Alpine Meadow" biome, using all of the out of the box Gaia assets. I have, however:

  • Disabled Flora
  • Enabled GPU Instancer to manage terrain details

What I've noticed is that when my character / camera approaches terrain details (i.e. grass and flowers spawned as terrain details), they suddenly "flip" as if displaying a mirror image. I've captured in this short video:

Hopefully you can see the white and blue flowers in front of the player - as I move away, and move towards, they seem to flip vertically, as if mirrored.

Any ideas what would cause this? Something to do with LODs, perhaps?

Many thanks for your thoughts!

Update: it's nothing to do with Gaia or Flora. This is caused by GPU Instancer and it's "cross-quad" generation. Apologies, please disregard, nothing to do here!
