Lighting not affecting objects/characters/environment in build, only in editor.

Trying to use Time of Day in my 2022.3.28 HDRP project but in build everything is rendering black and is not affected by the light, my characters, environment, etc.  The only things that are lit are the sky and I think some ambient fog in the air in places.  How can i fix this?

I figured it out.
My HBAO (Horizon Based Ambient Occlusion) shader was missing from the build so all of my materials weren't working for everything so I added the HBAO HDRP shader to my list of always included shaders and its working now.
