Update: GTS v1.0.6

We released a new update for our Terrain Shader GTS. The update contains a new feature for better control of runtime initialization. This can be used in setups where you use your GTS terrains together with the unity addressable system, asset bundles, or other dynamic asset sources.

The update is available on Canopy or on the Unity asset store, as a Canopy Pro subscriber you can download the update from here:

  • Added feature for runtime settings initialization; Allows you to initialize the GTS shader without a GTS component being present. This can be useful when loading terrains from addressables, asset bundles, or other dynamic sources.

About GTS

Unity terrains can be difficult to texture and light, and they often look flat and unrealistic. Other terrain shaders are either too complex or not adjustable in real-time. GTS is the perfect solution. Our shader is easy to use, yet provides amazing results.
