HDRP Water Error

What depth of field issue? Could you show me how to get to it to disable it please? I cant see it anywhere in the Hierarchy

Adding a depth Of Field to the post processing in HDRP Time of day as an override and setting focus distance mode to physical camera seemed to fix it. Not sure if that was what you were trying to tell me to do. But it works now, thanks.

Sorry yes this was it. 
The depth of field for the post processing. 
I couldnt remember if it was adding or removing, thank you. 
I will change my notes.
