How do I create a continuous wall of battlements using GeNa ?

Changing the flow rate gives me some results, but want the game objects to spawn as close to each other by avoid collisions, and also adjust height based on the terrain height

I would carve this to get a better result with the carve extension. 
Then changing your flow rate would do it, but due to these walls being flat your corners will need to be adjusted. 
 

Align to spline will help as well, but as far as the collisions are concerned this just takes tweaking with the flow rate.

is it possible to create spline and bring all the nodes to a same plane ? Let's say I create a spline on an uneven terrain and now I want to bring all the nodes to the same level, I tried unchekcing snap to ground but doesnt seem to work

Yes this is what the carve function is for. 

Or you can use a terrain decorator:

made the straighth walls  with gena spawner , took some time to make but definitely beats namual placing
