Create an island for an open world game.

I'm making an analogue mixture of GTA and NFS Heat games on one island with a size of 12000x7500 km. The island should be roughly similar to NFS Heat. I have already made a road constructor, we are modeling houses and cars, and we really need an island. The game will be designed for mobile phones and PC.
