Help Create Flat Terrain

Hi Guys I need help to create a map for my strategy game !

To be honest I could probably create it using Unity Terrain but I have no time to texture it and do all the detailing, and that's the reason I got Gaia Pro 2021... I have been experimenting with it,  but have had no luck getting anything remotely I want ...

after days of experimenting I feel Gaia was highjacked by the Swiss and now all I can ever get is Switzerland! and I want flat land with no mountain and to be honest not even hills ... just random splatter island ! The system always throws hills and mountains, or it all sinks underwater when I flatten and decrease the height  ...

in regards to what I am looking for, a good example is "Against the Storm game ", its completely flat but looking from the top has a flowerlike /splat-like shape!

what is the best way to achieve this?

In this case, I would use Manual with Stamper. 
Then create the terrain, and drag in a stamp that you would like to use. 
We have plenty of island-type stamps; you can use your own or find one online. 
Simple heightmaps will work off Google etc.
