Subscribed to services - unable to find a way to download products

I subscribed to canopy on Thursday. If I click on my invoice I have no invoice number. I have no idea of how to download and use the assets that I should have access to. I dont want to refund the purchase or put a stop payment/refund request in but If I cant find how to access my assets I will have no choice. 

Does anyone know how to access the items? Is it just me. There doesn't seem to be much documentation on the website.
