SECTR terrain streaming with procedurally created world?

If I use tools to make a procedurally generated world (e.g. Vista, etc.), is it possible to use SECTR for terrain streaming with that?

 

My goal is that each time a new game is started, a random seed is used to create whole new worlds. And as the worlds will be rather large I would like to add streaming for the terrain.

 

Is it possible to set everything up at run-time?

It could be but out of the box no. 

You would need to make your solution to handle that. 
Sectr will cut up the terrains and turn them into chunks then you can stream those. 
What I have seen in the past is people make a ton of random terrains and then turn those into chunks and then spawn them randomly.
