Skybox horizon colour

Hi, I can't seem to change the skybox horizon colour, shown here in a light green. Ive adjusted the colours in the runtime lighting as shown in the attached image. 

Any advice gratefully received.

We are using a procedural skybox so really the biggest adjustment would be to change the time of day here. 
However, you could go to the skybox material in the lighting tab and adjust the atmosphere thickness bringing the colors out which would make the colors pop on the horizon. 

Tint would be the only other thing that would apply over the whole skybox material as well.
