No SECTR Window

I have SECTR Complete 2019 and just updated Unity to 2022.3. My SECTRs are all intact in my project but there is no SECTR window to allow for import/revert. Is there any other way I can import and revert sectors? I only need to access this project briefly so a workaround is fine.

 

I know -- I should buy/update SECTR, but I only need to extract a screen shot from this project and I have already purchased SECTR twice as well as several other PW assets.  I only need this project accessible to get a few screenshots.

Just want to follow up on this. I did not realize SECTR 2019 was still active or able to be updated. I updated it and my SECTR window choices, including STREAM, are back! Opening old Unity projects is not for the faint of heart.
