Sect Spike Artifact

Hi, I have been trying every combination of settings to use sect to sectorize a terrain from gaia pro 2021. Every time the sectr outputs have flattened 75% of each region and 25% presented like a vertical spike artifact.

Anyone seen this before?

The reason I am using sectr is that with the terrain loader my character sinks through both the terrain and mesh collider.
