Scene Optimizer Bake Lighting Broken (1.1.6)

When I combine meshes in the scene, upon baking any meshes that were combined using the scene optimizer have very bad lighting artifacts. I am guessing it's a UV thing. Is there a fix for this?

Hi there. If I am to understand correctly, I need to download a beta version of the tool from this thread? Is an official patch coming anytime soon?

Yes, please download the beta and try it. 
If this did not fix the issue, this patch was to fix the transfer of UV2. 
For any other variations of the UV's, we can not translate this information. 
Which could also be the cause, and there is not much we can do about that.
