Gaia order not showing on canopy

I've filled in that form that pops up on side requesting the unity order number for Gaia purchase, however its a few days now and I still don't see the order linked to Canopy. I want to download the free packs, can someone please assist

Hi @Martin, when I look at your user you are displayed as being a "Customer" already - this should allow you to access the downloads here:



Someone who signs up is a "Member" initially, when registering a PW product you become a "Customer", subscribing gives you the subscriber rank at that level (with access to the corresponding downloads).
