Issues with Shader and landscape in build

While creating a build I am receiving the following results (see screenshot).  Sometimes I will get a visible terrain and sometimes I won't.  Any ideas?

Working through this on discord. 

This is an issue with Unity's new version and Unity's new HDRP version. 
This will be fixed in the next update.
