Asset Store Release: HDRP Time of Day System

The HDRP Time of Day System that was in Canopy Early access for some time and is also partially rolled out with Gaia 2021 has been released as a standalone asset on the Unity Asset Store. The Early Access Version on Canopy was updated to the same version as well. 

HDRP Time of Day is a full-featured lighting, sky, and weather system with a day-night cycle and volumetric clouds.
