Gaia Pro 2021 in URP and 2d Sprite Renders and water question

Using Gaia Pro 2021 in URP, I have a sprite renderer in my scene billboarded running around in a 3d scene, when the sprite gets to water it is never really rendered under the water until the camera goes underneath the water volume. Is this possible todo with changing a transparency or opacity setting or something? whats happening now: https://imgur.com/XHXg9vk

Ahh ha i found what needed to change, i had a feeling it was an opaque issue.

heres the right combo, DPL22qr.png

End Result i was looking for cheers if anyone else has this issue.
