Sectr Floating point fix does not work

I made a basic test scene with 9 planes as sectors, with portals in between them (using quads to trace the outline) and a fly camera with the floating point fix attached to see how it works.

When the threshold is reached and the streaming member gets shifted it seems to mess up the streaming and the portals do not seem to be in the right place anymore. This means that the streaming is not working properly after the shift happens even the the camera gets put back to the origin.

Any advice about this? Is this a bug?

Note: I have some screenshots but I cannot seem to upload them.
