Flora Shortcut Conflict

The shortcut for Flora is Ctrl+W.    In most games the movement controls for jump crouch is typically Ctrl+W+Space, Where: Ctrl - Crouch, W - Foward, Space - Jump.   This will open flora 😞

I cannot find a way to change or turn off the Flora shortcut?

PS: On the flora 1.0.0-c5 settings menu you have a Typo: "Flroa Settings"

PPS: I still haven't worked out how to insert an image. in the forums.  Unlike most forums that allow you to copy/paste, Canopy requires the image to be inserted from a URL.  I tried using several sites, google drive, one drive. But no joy 😞

The flora shortcut is defined as a Menu Item attribute in the code. You can change the shortcut in two ways:

1. Go to Edit > Shortcuts and override the shortcut there:

2. You can also change the shortcut directly in the code, you must open FloraMainWindow.cs and change the letter in line 61 to your letter of choice here:

Then save the file and return to the unity editor, this should trigger a recompile and the key combo should change. You can also delete the %letter part entirely to get rid of the shortcut altogether.

Thanks, this will be fixed with the next update!

You should be able to copy and paste images into the thread like e.g. in Microsoft Word. Alternatively try to attach an image to the post with the section at the bottom of the editor - if you upload an image in there, you can insert it into the flow of your text from there. There is a file size restriction in place, so you might need to use .jpgs for the upload.
