Terrain Tree Position Y Offset

When I spawn large trees using the Position 'Y Offset Based On' -- 'Terrain Height', the trees spawn correctly, with the trunks slightly below ground.  However, running a second Terrain Tree spawner for smaller trees and bushes causes the Y offset of the previously spawned large trees to be reset to the 'Snap To Terrain' position.  I am using Nature Manufacturer assets.  Can anyone tell me what is going wrong?
