Stamp Browser Window is not an option in the Window drop down menu

In Gaia-Pro 2021 trying to use manual stamps.  Initially the Stamp Browser window was open.  Changed the layout to wide then both the Gaia manager and the Stamp browser closed.  Gaia Manager is listed in the drop down menu under Procedural Worlds but the Stamp Manager is not shown on any menu.  How do you open Stamp Browser?
