How to avoid gameobjects collisions while using spine spawnners

Hi I am trying to spawn houses using spline, but my game objects are always colliding. I don't want to increase the flow rate as I want to build these building side by side

Are you using the Collision Extension. 
Make sure that the building are tagged correctly and ingest the information into the Collision. 
In the spawner itself.

I have reduced the number of instances to be spawned to 1, my results are better but the collision is dependent on  the bound extends, I want the houses to spawn next to each other, unlike in the below image
