What's best way to configure gaia to spawn (or exclude spawn) along the spline?
I have access to GeNa, but I am looking for a solution that would allow me to create enviroment with Gaia Spawner only. At the moment I consider adding colliders along the spline and then use collision mask. Is there better approach?

Yeah that could be the best way to do it. 
Gaia is really meant for mass placement while gena is more of that refined way of doing it. 
Otherwise you could use a image mask and do it that way.
