NullReferenceException on generated Terrain

I keep getting this error. Either generating multiple tile map with stamps or with the generator. When using only one tile, I do not get the error. The Runtime seems to work partially. Even it's rendering only one tile, as it seems.

What I did

- Deleted all Gaia Objects in my Scene

- Deleted UserData/Sessions

- Opened Gaia Manager -> Create World (World Designer, 6x6 tiles, 512 sqm)

- Set up a world

- Generate the world

- Open Gaia Manager -> Add Runetime (starts to spawn errors)

Could you tell me what I am doing wrong and how to fix, please?

Well. Thanks Murphy.

I just figured it out after I posted this Topic. Sorry. Posting my solution, in case someone else runs into the same problem.

My Memory Settings where quite too small (4 GB).  I set it to 8 GM now and the error vanished.
