I recommend LTS versions of Unity as well just to add to what Recon said. 
Also it depends on what Gaia version you are using as well. 
Gaia 2 & Gaia Pro compatible Unity versions are Unity 2019.3 - 2020.3 
Gaia 2021 & Gaia Pro 2021 are compatible with Unity versions 2020.3 - Released Unity versions.
